Recipe - Paprika Chicken

This is my house hold all time favourite dinner and the mums love it to so super simple, quick easy to make and full of flavour. Golden chicken in a delicious creamy paprika sauce served with rice on the side is a winner for sure.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ready in: 30 minutes

Makes: 10 serves

Cost: $35.78 or $3.57 per serve

​Ingredients

1 kg Chicken diced 2 table spoons Paprika 1 Red Capsicum 1 Green Capsicum 500 grams Sour Cream 2 cups Rice

Directions

  1. ​Cook rice as per instructions

  2. Heat up oil in pan

  3. Add chicken and fry off until sealed

  4. Add paprika to pan and stir

  5. Add capsicums and stir well

  6. Pour sour cream in pan and simmer until thickens
