Recipe - Peanut Crunch Slice

This one has a little prep but boy oh boy is it worth it.

This delicious crunch squares are a fun spin on the traditional crunch bars but with a peanut butter twist that taste insane.

Every bite is packet with crunchy, crispy, smooth creamy goodness, Even better it’s a no bake slice.

Prep: 10 minutes Cooking: 10 minutes Ready in: 60 minutes Makes: 70 Cost : $35.49 or 50c per serve

Ingredients

2 cups Chocolate Chips

2 cups Peanut Butter

1/3 cup Coconut Oil

4 cups Rice bubbles

1 cup Toffee bits

1 cup Salted Peanuts toasted

Directions

  1. Make Toffee bits up as per instructions

  2. Line baking tray with baking paper so paper hangs over the edge

  3. Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, coconut oil and 3/4 toffee bits on stove top until melted

  4. Add 3/4 chopped toasted peanuts, rice bubbles to melted mix and stir well

  5. Pour into baking tray, press down with spatula

  6. Sprinkle remaining chopped toasted peanuts and toffee bits on top

  7. Set aside to cool, then slice
