Ingredients
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Onion diced
1 clove Garlic diced
1 Carrot diced
1 Celery diced
500 grams Beef Mince
1 teaspoon Paprika
2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
2 table tomatoes diced
1 cup Stock or 1 Stock cube
1 teaspoon Vegemite
Directions
Heat Oil in pan, fry onion, garlic, carrots until soft.
Add mince, paprika, italian seasoning stir to break up mince.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to simmer.
