Emily Naclerio

Hub Coordinator

Emily has a background in Childcare and holds her Diploma in Children's Services. The Me and My Mum Hub has held a special place in her heart since moving to Richmond over 12 years ago. She started working as the Playgroup Assistant in 2009 and always found joy in the special bonds that are created during playgroup for both the children and parents. Emily then became Playgroup Leader for a few years before stopping work to start her own family and becoming a regular playgroup Mum with her children. Emily enjoys creating educational programs to help children grow and develop in their early years. Emily understands the importance of community support and how easily we can improve someone’s life by showing compassion and care.

              Rani Konietzko

              Integrative Counsellor

Originally from the seaside that is Northern NSW, Rani grew up primarily a vegetarian, barefoot and free to ride bikes or climb a tree as she wished. Many years later, Rani married a farmer, and station life is the constant, with a lovely family of 2 young children, 4 cats, 2 little dogs and many many chickens! Rani has a huge LOVE of learning, regularly engaging in podcasts and books, seeking to discover the ‘why’ beneath the surface. Rani is endlessly curious and inspired by digging a little deeper. Perhaps this is where her love and passion for supporting people through counselling began. Rani believes that, at the end of the day, we are all here doing our best in our messy humanness. Good intentions, followed by actions, however small deserves recognition.
