How do you start your day? 

Starting your day right and turning your intentions inward can be a huge game changer! Here are some examples you can do for yourself:

- Before getting out of bed, check in to how you are feeling physicall, mentally and emotionally. With no judgement, just awareness.

- Find at least 3 things you are grateful for

- Set your intention for the day

- Play something uplifting, positive and inspiring as you get ready for the day. YouTube is LOADED with short clips.


For the kids: Finger Focus to activate the brain.

Press the palms of your hands together in front of your heart and tap the thumbs together 5x times while saying Tap, Tap, Tap, Tap, Tap. Then move to your pointer finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger. Then work your way back to your thumbs.


Take a deep breath, open your eyes and see how your energy / focus has shifted.
