Recipe - Condensed Milk Cookies

Recipes don’t get much more popular or famous than these cookies.

Today’s recipe is an absolute keeper.

Condensed milk cookies…how yum does that sound?

4 Ingredients only for these fab cookies, how crazy is that.

This freezer friendly cookie dough can be flavoured with any add ins you like, one batch literally does 100 cookies in 20 mins.

This is a great one for the kids to help where they can mix up their own creations, be warned the dough is super yummy you will need to make sure the kids get some cookies onto the baking trays…

Prep: 10 min - Cooking: 10 min - Ready in: 20 min Makes: 100 - Cost: $16.40 or 16 cents each


Ingredients

  • 500 grams Butter

  • 3/4 cup (170 grams) Caster Sugar

  • 1 can Condensed Milk

  • 5 cups Self Raising Flour

  • Your choice of flavours/add in example, 100’s & 1000’s, smarties, milo, sultanas, chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, jam, peanut butter or plain

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 180°

  2. Line tray with baking paper

  3. Cream butter & sugar together until light, creamy & fluffy

  4. Add condensed milk and beat through

  5. Add 1 cup SR Flour at a time and beat well

  6. Divide cookie dough between bowls and add your flavours, mix well

  7. Roll teaspoon size balls onto baking paper, press down with a fork

  8. Bake for 10 mins, allow to cool


Tips

Cookies can be baked and frozen or half the cookie dough before cooking and wrap in glad wrap and pop in the freezer to cook another day.
