Breathwork and Mindfulness: Todays breathing is to balance the left and right side of our brain / our body and our energy. Our left side of the body / mind is feminine and the right side is all masculine. This practise brings balance and harmony to our inner world.
A mindfulness practise you can also try for yourself to help get out of your head and into your heart so you are responding from a place that is more energetically aligned to you, is to take the Question / Dilemma / Uncertainty you may be facing and with your arms out in front, palms facing up - say the question to yourself and place the answers , the "this or that" in to each palm. FEEL into what answer is right to you.
